My lower back higher back not my neck my ankles wrists and knees xx
The pain runs from my neck down to the tips of my fingers, down my back and into my pelvis and hips. Then my the whole of my legs feel like aching lead weights, with my feet sending sharp pains into my ankles and knees.
Hi Lins2000
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I am so sorry to read that you suffer with pain in your back and neck, and I genuinely hope that you are not in too much pain today?
Most of my pain runs down my neck and back and into bottom and right leg (sciatic nerve damage). I do have rib pain on occasion which is equally as horrid.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi
Mostly back from neck to lumber region. Also my feet feel like they are being squeezed and right foot tingles like pins and needles.
After a particularly bad sleepless and painful night, I sat on the edge of the bed and held my head saying "I don't know why I feel so bad!!
Hubby stroked my hand and laughed and said "Now, where do you want me to start?!"
I looked at him in amazement and then the penny dropped.
I realised then what I had said, but it must have been a very bad fibro fog moment to forget what was wrong with me.
i suffer severe thigh pain my new physio has said i dont have fibro even though i have had this diagnoised nearly 3 years ago he says i have a tilted pelvis so confused right now
Hi everyone and thanks for your answers. I've read that chronic lower back pain is associated with chronic fatigue syndrome...my rhemotologist happens to believe that Fibromyagia covers that diagnosis as well. Lower back pain can affect your bending and showering particularly if you just wanted to give your hair a quick wash bent over the bath with the shower. Does anyone know if we can get help to make our bathrooms easier to use and more safe?
Mine is in my hips, shoulders and neck. xxx Mitzi
