Mine is a ginger nut. Crunch ruddy crunch. Better than grinding the teeth.

There all better.

Thank you nedd. I have been trying to live like this since my pain management course gave us coping strategies like relaxation & meditation techniques, (but no way could I sit like the figure in your picture, LOL!), but right now I'd like a choccie biccie please

I too cannot assume the ultimate position perhaps that's why following the way causes us a bit of bover.

I also borrowed the book from Pain Management course. And if I eat a biscuit I and suppose to savour ever munch and crunch.

I am still practicing,

Hi nedd,

I've always thought the answer to life was 42 :d :d

Seriously though living in the moment is a good route to try and travel, if it became unpleasant I would have to go for a tub of strawberries, not keen on biscuits :o strange, but true :-)

Yes it is. If you look in the biscuit barrel of life there are 42 broken bits from Woolies.

But if strawberries floats your boat!

Enjoy.

I could eat raw carrot at times for soothingness, what for though? I do not know!! but its good :)

I try to only notice my pain/symptoms in the moment - its the only way I can cope with them. Unfortunately it makes it a bit tricky when I see the doctor about increased pain etc. because my memory about them is quite vague. Eating cookies is also a great idea - just a nice plain digestive for me (or a jaffa cake or ten)

Pain is a persistent little pest. It's a shame the brain fog isn't as effective at forgetting that instead of where we put the remote.
