Won my ESA tribunal on 16th April ,

Morning all, as you know I won my appeal and the judge mentioned back pay . What back pay am I entitled to?

Well done smileydave10 it's what's owing to you when you sent your form in and it's back dated to when they have it

I was on assement rate from last May so do you have any idea how much back pay I will get?

Hi there congratas to you big smiley hug too. If you were awarded wrag then you'll be entitled too 101.00per week if support group then 121.00 deduct the difference from whichever award then x by the amount of weeks since your claim began and that should give you the amount due. on the other hand ring them they'll tell you there they did when did good luck and enjoy xxx

Then you should get a really good back pay I've been waiting for my assessment since the end of October oh I'm Ros by the way nice to meet you I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia September last year any way take care
