I won Tribunal for ESA

Hi, I have just won my tribunal case regarding ESA, for my Fibro, depression & anxiety. Does anyone know how long it takes for me to start getting paid? And also, how much I am entitled to. I am unemployed and single. I currently get universal credit which includes my rent, but it has been a real struggle living off nothing. Any feedback would be much appreciated 😁 x

Hi Hun, I don’t have an answer to your question, however, I just wanted to congratulate you on winning your tribunal for esa. I hope you start getting payments asap so you’re not struggling financially for much longer.

Take care and gentle hugs xx🤗

It should only take a few weeks to get payment but you should also get back payment from when they said you were not eligible for ESA...Congratulation on winning your case 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I don't know as it may stay as universal credit but the amount may change as that's the eventual plan I think all benefit is universal I could be so wrong hope it's sorted soon and don't forget they will back pay all the weeks you been appealing from your claim date xxxxxx

Thank you all for feedback 😁. The whole benefit system is alien to me, as I've always worked. Hopefully I'll hear something soon, fingers crossed x
