Hi, I have just won my tribunal case regarding ESA, for my Fibro, depression & anxiety. Does anyone know how long it takes for me to start getting paid? And also, how much I am entitled to. I am unemployed and single. I currently get universal credit which includes my rent, but it has been a real struggle living off nothing. Any feedback would be much appreciated π x

I won Tribunal for ESA

Hi Hun, I donβt have an answer to your question, however, I just wanted to congratulate you on winning your tribunal for esa. I hope you start getting payments asap so youβre not struggling financially for much longer.
Take care and gentle hugs xxπ€
It should only take a few weeks to get payment but you should also get back payment from when they said you were not eligible for ESA...Congratulation on winning your case ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½
