violent thigh pain
Hi Joanne,
My 'fibro' pain is located exclusively in the legs, and it's terrible. I find that heating them up (a long bath, a heat pad, a heat gel), and then giving them a rub sometimes brings me a little comfort. I'm not taking any meds for it as my doctors won't give me any so that's what I'm limited to for pain relief. Hope it eases up soon.

thankyou for your reply i find i get o short bit of relielf if i have a hot muscle soak bubble bath followed by an application of muscle rub im currently taking zapain and im waiting to go into hospital to try a lidocaine infusion but this isnt til june so im afraid its time to grin andbare it even though the pain is so violent ive had enough it is really starting to get me down sorry to waffle take care joanne x
Evening Joes sorry you are having such probs at moment. I think the warm bath and muscle rub with paracetamol every 6 hours is the best till you can talk to a doctor in the morning and ask for a review of your meds.
Hope it has eased off xxgins
Hi joed
I am so sorry to read that you are suffering in this way and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. I have Naproxen when I have a pain in this area. My GP gave them to me because I was unable to have another operation in the area.
I really hope that when you attend hospital that they can sort this problem out for you.
All my hopes and dreams for you

I do and take Opana ER.
