Yes, I often clip my arm on doorways etc, the more my fibro flares the wrse it gets - its like my spatial awareness goes for a walk

I'm very unsteady on my feet also can't hold light things as I can't feel them, I have to use crutches when I go out because after about 15mins my legs hurt feel very week and like lead, so I have to use them to keep me standing lol I use to use a walking stick, but when I had my back operation in 2006, I was given crutches and then told I would be better using crutches than Stick with fibro as u have the elbow rest which stops too much pressure on your upper arm muscles, whether this s true or not I don't know, but I guess the docs are suppose to know what they are talking about ...gentle hugs to all....Dee xx

Hi vixen49

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I am so sorry to read that you have been having this issue, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to the problem.

I have to admit that this has been happening to me for a long time now, and I simply cannot change the situation. It is worrying, I know. Please take care and stay accident free.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken x

HI I am one of the clumsiest but even knowing it is part of Fibro doesn't help does it? I bash my feet into things , drop things and they don't bounce back up. Only last week we had to buy six new cereal bowls as we were down to 2 I seem to have the art of missing the side board.! Then there are glasses they seem to keep getting chips cvery strange oh and mugs how do I bash them,

Mostly however, it is me that gets caught I slip and bang into things if I dont move with my crutches, Really I am safer sitting in my wheel chair.

Take care my friends don't worry about it too much make light of it it is easier on the soul :)

lol if my son knew how many times i've dropped his dinner on the floor when trying to get it out the oven he'd never eat another meal at home... Or.Maybe i should tell him the truth and stop putting myself through the pain of cooking!!!!!

Just talking today with a friend about this, I wobble when walking and people must think I'm drunk also losing balance when standing, fell into the physio the other day. At work I just laugh it off - you have to in front of pupils. LoL.

Lol Vixen he can make a lovely salad, a toasted cheese and onion sandwich, and a ting dinner (otherwise known as a micro dinner). However he makes a brilliant cuppa so i can forgive the ting dinners when i cant cook.

Hope your having a good morning,

Sunshine hugs xx
