LOTS OF LOVE AND BLESSINGS YOUR REALLY NOT ALONE AT LEAST THEY GAVE YOU POINTS TO START WITH SOYOU HAVE THOSE AT LEAST AND IF LIKE ME IT DONT GET BETTER.XX
Hi to both of you Sally200469 and dgbim.
I am so sorry to read of your problems, I can only sympathise as I am lucky enough not to have been through what you have been through.
I have had the fears of the DWP and ATOS but when I filled in the forms i was put in ESA with no face to face or anything. (Probably the Morphine that did it)
All I can suggest is to try and get your mental health people to write a letter on your behalf supported by your doctor. I do believe that mental health is worse than pain really as at least people can understand with arthritis etc. but when you have depression people who seem nice just say 'get over it' or some equally stupid thing. and the stress of all this DWP is designed to upset people I am sure.
I imagine that there will be more response later when this gets more people seeing it, but please do not give up on this site there are a lot of warm and friendly people who may be able to help much better than me.
Take care and Kindest regards
Terry
Hi sally200469
I have read your post with so much pain and sorrow for what you are going through at this time, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to these issues.
I understand just how difficult it can be trying to deal with DWP and the anguish and suffering they can cause when you are feeling so low. However, I genuinely urge you to continue your fight for the benefits that are rightfully yours.
Please do not be offended but I have pasted the telephone number for the Samaritans below. I have done this out of friendship and concern for your suffering. If you ever feel that you cannot cope please do not hesitate to ring them.
