Morning, another sleepless night for me too, laid in bed watching the clock tick around, now just gone 8am and thinking I'll still try and grab some sleep with the cats curled up on my bed, somehow I doubt it!

I was doing well until hubby turned over and his toe touched the sole of my foot. it was like an electric sock running straight up my leg, setting off RLS. I tried every trick in my book except showering legs with hot water. but couldn`t do that in case the loo was needed. 8.30 finally i can get in the shower, heaven it worked

Looks like upping the ropinerole for a few days. o how I hate restless legs. can`t even sit down with them. Now I have had to take pain killers cus all the walking about has set my back off.

Well on the bright side the sun is shining hugs to all sue

Lools like upping the ropinerole for a few days

So glad I'm not the only one with restless legs it drives me mad I take a low dose of clonazepam but sometimes lately it's just not working my legs just want to run or jump or do something I try and stretch the muscles a but to see if it will stop then the pain kicks in then I get cross arghhhh

Hello Michael, I take ropinerole for restless legs and most of the time it works well, Ropinerole is a dopamine substitute.and it seems to work for several of us with fibro

Me too can't understand why it's becoming so regular I tried upping my amytrptiline but still stayed awake so no point taking a higher dose if it's not doing anything!

Is it the weather or something. I did my washing and cooked dinner at 3 this morning, then nodded off a couple of hours and feel so grotty for it :(

I'm just wondering how people get the energy to get up & do stuff! When I get a bad night, I feel really ill, like I'm going to vomit if I don't keep my eyes closed and stay lying down in the dark. Perhaps if i could get up and about, i could catch up on me housework! Julie xxx

Funny you should say that Julie. My washing was hung out at 6 am and lunch cooked by half past. I was on a train at 7.45 and cycling on the beach by 9.30. Now I'm shattered but don't dare lie down, I know what will happen. It kind of does mean I can take it easy but it's still a bit of a price. If I had an iphone I'd have joined you gins. Coffee and cake overlooking the Isle of Wight was good though the Solent would have been cold :P
