iv got fibro and other heath problems ,partner looks after me to but he been off work since last august due to a bulging disc and on sick , got to claim esa next month , will i need to put my health issues on form ,and how will it work ,he waiting to see a nuro surgen , but i filled a form in a year since and told cant work . ,incomesupport stops in a few weeks , his pysio cant do any more for him .allso this worry not helping ,,just moved house 3 weeks ago and planning a wedding for june , and still on cructhes and need another op again ,any suggestions please .soft hugs xx

I don't know how it will actually work but I would surgest you always put down all your ailments and issues. By giving them a clear picture it helps them calculate what you are owed.

If you have problems with the forms go to [e-mail]/esaforms she will help you fill them in.

Hi Tinkerbell something that I learnt yesterday from a benefits assesor was to make sure that you have written evidence of diagnosis for all your illnesses from your doc or specialist or the symptoms will be overlooked. Good luck sue xx
