How can I unsubscribe from a community?

I went on another community to ask a question and now get their daily digest. Can anyone tell me how to unsubscribe.

Hello Panda60,

If you click on your avatar name (green bar) and click on profile on drop down, half way down you can edit which communities you belong to.

Have you read all the small print, as usually it gives you a link on how to unsubscribe. Perhaps there is a contact link you could use? I know it is so frustrating when this happens as you end up with so many linked emails and you get inundated. I hope you get sorted. X.
