Caffeine and housing advice

Lately I have been getting headaches when I drink tea and thought I was having a reaction to caffeine but I can still drink energy drink and wondered if anyone had a similar issue also I live with my carer and when applieing for housing benefit for me only they want to know all about him did anyone else have this issue

Hi for sure caffeine does give head aches so make sure you drink more water. Also gently massage the back of your neck. Make sure it is soft. Avoid eating chocolate and oranges for a bit see if it helps.

Hi there, I can't help much with the headache problem but drinking lots of water and gentle massage of your neck and temples can help, as Gins said.

As for the housing benefit they will need to know who all lives in the house to make sure they pay the correct amount. If your career stays overnight his info needs to be included, if he is also your partner they need to know that too. It does seem very intrusive, I know, but that is how the system works.
