You might be surprised to learn that the simple act of laughing every now and then can do wonders for your health, both emotionally and physically.
It's cold and flu season so, you’ll be pleased to know that a hearty dose of laughter can boost your immune system increase the number of virus-killing cells in your bloodstream, reduce stress related hormones, and enhance your mental functioning…all without taking a single vitamin or spending a minute on the treadmill!
My beloved little monster (aged 3) was flicking through the tv channels (has mastered use of the remote control) and came across the same programme on different channels (and she doesn't like this programme) so she said "I don't want that, we've already had this conversation" - I've giggled for hours!
Another recent gem was whilst balancing along the path edging in the park at the weekend, "I'm trying to get my sense of balance" (Daddy had used the phrase the day before)
Crikey Lucy your wee little girl is learning quick those stories are really funny Youngsters are fab i remember my ex partners daughter was once skipping, dancing and singing through the rooms and the kitchen (long galley), looking like she was up to mischief. She was heading off up the stairs when her daddy shouted what have you got in your hands P?
There was a long pause and look of confusion on her face and then she said 'wallpaper dad' . That had me chuckling for ages still makes me laugh now

The thing that really made me laugh the other Saturday morn, was You've been framed the 100 best of. I don't usually think it was that funny. ..but I tell you the belly was hurting, hysterical an tears where flowing I tell u!!! I fell so rotten but it did improve my breathing no end. So through the depression, we gotta find that tonic that is right for us!!

Aw bless u Zeb! It's been a hard few months since my mum passed away begin of October, handling it better than I believed, but not sure if it's a case of delayed reaction. Just keep talking, have company, an pleased she no longer suffers, an that she is smiling again!! God rest her soul!
