totally wiped out

Xmas started on xmas eve - when I got home from visiting dad I had the dreaded brown envelope to re-claim for DLA as it runs out in may.

I have had a wonderful day today. my dad and my brother and my brothers 2 puppys came for dinner.

Unfortunately as the day went I my pains were so bad.

Once they went home at seven I had to come right up to bed to try and get some pain relief and comfort.

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas.

Oh dear, not the greatest time to receive such news, no doubt it's been in the postal system knocking around, just sad for you that it has impacted on your enjoyment of Christmas !

how lovely for you to have some of your family with you, especially the puppies :-) can I ask what breed they are ?

I'm sure all your preparations will have contributed to your pain levels and I think you've done exactly the right thing tucking yourself up in bed and treating yourself kindly.

I haven't seen a soul all day, but have enjoyed the company of my doglets and reading a very interesting book that I was generously given as a pressie. :-)

I hope that you feel a bit better tomorrow having had some rest, take it easy and don't overdo things, just gently potter around if you feel up to it, and if you don't, then a duvet day may be just the right course of action.

Wishing you well and hoping you have a much better 2014 :-)

Foggy x

hi foggy, 1 doggy is a 11 month old French bulldog and the other is an 8 week old frenchie/boston terrier cross. I had a lovely day and santa was kind to us all and even my brothers puppies and also my 2 cats which are 3/4 Persian and they hid upstairs while the guests were here. Belinda x

Hello Pottypam,

Sounds like you enjoyed your Christmas even tho' you may have been feeling achey & experiencing pain. Glad you are resting today as this is what B m,,,,,.Boxing day is for ! :)

May I please ask the ESA form you received, is it an ESA50 taking over from Incapacity Benefit?

If you would like to email me at FibroAction, I can provide you with some information that may help you complete your form.

I look forward to hearing from you, info@fibroaction.org

I hope you enjoy the rest of the day :)

Do you not think december ia a bit early for a may renewal? A friend of mine received the form early, filled it in and returned it promptly and her dla was stopped IMMEDIATELY and she was told she no longer qualified. Please be careful .

did they give your friend a reason ?

No reason just not eligible for dla, but this was 2 months before her old award finished, therefore her money stopped.
