T+hat's a fact mayrose. '

Since we don't know what your daily routine is which contributes to your fatigue, it is hard to even guess, much less offer any advice. Maybe you could fill us in?

Sometimes you just have to go with the flow, take care of yourself and wait for it to pass no easy answer I'm afraid. x

Pacing most important, start to keep a diary for how active you are and the stress levels mental and physical.

eat as well as you can.

Look to your sleep is there anything you can do to improve that, no electronics in the bedroom. bedrooms are only for two things.

Hope you find your solution soon.

Have to find your own boundaries with pacing and keep them flexible because this is a fluctuating condition it's adapt and survive.

Agree but I have started to see a pattern but have had the condition for over 25 years.

There is no substitute for experience - especially the hard earned variety

Maybe the time of year has something to do with it, I'm the same at the moment and I've had Fibro for 35+ years! I think the winter is the hardest time for many of us.

Foggy x

I believe vitamin D is a major factor to tiredness, lethargy, and feeling energyless. I go sunbeds it is the only way my vit D stays high. Also for 10 mins or how ever long you go on for you can imagine you are in a hot country. Sun bed ,shower, then dogs out on my scooter then cant move for a while body exhausted. Next pills 3pm take 2 hours to work. Yes you just have to sit. I find below 12 degrees I find it hard to function correctly. What is fibro!! who invented such an awful thing. Anyone lost weight or put it on ? I am in Hertfordshire x

stay strong , maybe there will be more help for us.

Hello, when I feel ready 'wrung out' and the batteries are flat, I take some Vitamin B group tablets, these will improve my energy and make me feel more with it and have the energy to move about carefully.

I also have some more of my favourite meals, like omelettes with ham and cheese, or baked potatoes with ham and cheese, these meals make me feel full and comfortable, and then my body feels more with it.

When I feel slow, comfort food is really good for me. ttfn
