Hi does anyone take zapain for fybro pain I have started this tonight was wondering if anyone has any good news

Hi Marcine, I personally haven't tried Zapain, which is a combination of paracetamol and codeine for pain control and what works for you is a very individual thing, could I ask if you have been referred to a pain clinic of any description . There are other drugs that can be useful for Fibro sufferers such as Gabapentin or Pregabalin , perhaps that is an avenue you could look into. Amitriptyline is something else which some people find helps, both with sleep and with pain management, but as I said, it's not a one size fits all problem.

I would certainly go and speak with your GP again and make him aware that the Tramadol and morphine is not working for you, there are most certainly other drugs out there that can help with your fibro symptoms.

Hi yes im just waiting for ap at the pain clinic I wake every hour on the hour when I fimally mange to fall sleep around 4am it really is syrting to gete now I have no energy for my 9 year old thats the hardest not

I understand how you must be feeling, being sleep deprived is almost torture, I've been there, done that and wear the tee shirt, almost made an art form of it ! However, as in my earlier reply, I really would urge you to go and speak with your GP about this and find if there is something that can be done to help you, you can't go on like this, especially not when you have a 9 year old requiring your attention and help !

Thank u I have been asling my gp for help for over a yearnow about the sleeping but nothing is working im back there tomorrow so will be speaking to him again thank u

Good morning well the zapain has made me ill was vomiting from 3 am and finally went to sleep at 4.30 woke at 6 will let unknow how I get on at the doctors

Like you Marcine, I'm finding it difficult getting anything that works for my pain. I can't take the usual meds because of the meds I already take. I've tried Zapain, Tramadol, Amytrp, Codeine and nothing touches it!! XX

Its sould destroyin I started zapain last night today im struggling to focus my eyes and everytime I move im vomiting
