I have had a massive flare up the last 2 week and am wondering if it has to do with this heatwave.

Normally the heat makes me feel better and use all sorts of heat in the winter to help as the cold is awful but I have never had FM in a heat wave. How is everyone else dealing at the moment. Could it be the extreme hot weather??

Suffering is the simple answer ... I have not felt so tired and sleepy for years ... My meds make me sun sensitive I have factor 50 sunscreen on and still got prickly heat. my head and neck are sweating profusely and if it doesn't cool down soon I am going to resort to a naked rain stagger at the end of my garden

Yes I've been feeling like that too, so very tired and very painful joints muscles ect, we look forward to the sun but it cones with yet mre pain doesn't it, so let me know when are going to stagger to the end ofthe garden and ill join you, eagerly donning my shorts and vest type top gentle hugs Dee x

Sorry your feeling it too. I'm mostly bed ridden at the mo but try to get the exersise but need a person and my walking stick to help. I haven't been this bad in a while.

Sunday dawns and with it the most a appauling feeling of exhaustion and lassitude. I just want to sleep oh how terribly weary I feel. I shall drink coffee and vitamins and try and buck up ! xgins

I have found it almost impossible to sleep and last night even though gone a bit cooler was awake with painful hands !

Me too , ive been flareing nearly a week now since weather is hot , its put me in bed again , the sharp pains are getting stronger , my head is banging , I have no energy and in and out of sleep ! I have a dla tribunal on tues and just want to break and cry x

It's not so much the exhaustion (which makes a nice change) but the pain. I feel like the sun is in my body. Does every body's pain feel the same no matter where it is on the body or different types of pain?

I'm finding the warm weather ok, thankfully as off to Egypt end of August ( belated honeymoon as it's taken ages to save up lol).

Really tired, I think this has to do with starting pregablin. I'm due to have dose increase on Wednesday, currently off sick from work, so if it affects me badlyvI don't have to worry about work.
