I get this a lot and in my legs and torso, unfortunately this is part and parcel of fibro, don't know about any one else but I get it more when I'm going to have flare up, hope you have a better day tomorrow, gentle hugs...Dee xx

I had exact same symptoms this weekend. I get it if I do too much & don't pace myself properly. I know it's not always easy to do with work/family! Rubbing ibuprofen cream into my shoulders helps a little, worth a try. Hope you feel better soon x

Try Epson salts in your bath water ( if of course you have a bath ) a lot of people have wet rooms these days.. also extra magnesium from bananas and as a supplement foods that have magnesium should be listed on a health web site, thinking of you.
