I have had, and am being treated for high blood pressure, I have been on meds for it for about 8 years now. Now, I keep going dizzy, light headed, feel like I am going to pass out.
I have one of those BP machines, its telling me my BP is 82/48 74/43 they are the last two readings. Should I bother my GP?

yes that's very low I to used to have high blood pressure and was on meds for it for several years then it went back to normal but for the last Cpl of years ive had low blood pressure tp the poit it set the alarm of on the hospital test machines I now have to have regular blood pressure checks because of it and it can be as dangerus as high it can also be a sign of other illnesses so it is wise to get it checked out nanatre.xx
Yes I feel you should go to A&E if you feel that bad, tell them you have high blood pressure, maybe your tablets want adjusting... Don't just leave it, it's better to be safe than sorry, I dont suppose you will be able to see your doctor till tomorrow will you if then even, iwould certainly contact someone now If you can...please keep us up to date how you get on ok, hope you get sorted gentle hugs..Dee x
Please consider making an appointment with the GP tomorrow, if your symptoms worsen contact NHS Direct or go to your local A&E if your condition worsens considerably or (as per the information via link above) make sure someone knows to call 999 if you faint & have loss of consciousness for more than two minutes.
Have you got someone with you , just in case you need a watchful eye? Please let us know
