HI...I had been ill with migraine for nearly a week and went to local pharmacy as it was a weekend..after a long chat...she said tramadol is well documented as giving bad headaches/migraines...and to try stopping it..[I was going to the doctor for my routine check on the Tuesday so thought I would try for a day or so} and she advised me to take vitamin B complex...and that was two months ago and I must say my energy levels have improved....my doctor gave me topimax to control migraine and I haven't had one for 7 weeks...slight headache now and again but nothing much...so I hope this continues..x

Pondminstril I am so pleased you have found something that stops the heads and gives you more energy.

Do you know if we could only find the answer to the no energy problem our days would be sooooo much happier!

I still take glucose and caffeine and I am about to try green coffee beans so fingers crossed it would be lovely to have some energy. It is the thing that sends me to the biscuit box and that doesnt work well only temporarily :) xgins

I always take berroca if I feel a sneezle coming on and it normally stops it turning to a "proper" cold. I don't find it gives me much more energy, that having been said, about 8 years ago I had to make the journey from Devon to Norfolk and took both berroca and pro-plus to keep me going, so much so that although I felt completely exhausted at my journey's end, could I get to sleep........ oh no, not for two nights, not a wink, how I looked even vaguely sensible for the wedding defeats me. A photo taken at said wedding is my Facebook piccie, cos I don't usually photograph well, but I wasn't aware it was being taken, so I look ok-ish in it !! Ho hum, let's start a hunt for the best anti Fibro fatigue and make a whole load of money from it ...ho hum...... in your dreams Foggy !!!!
