On Wednesday, I woke in the middle of the night absolutely drenched in sweat and a feeling like a light had just went on.

Since then I've been slowly but surely been able to do more bits and pieces with less fatigue each day. I've still got a film over my eyes of tiredness near all of the time but I'm able to force past it. I got up this morning at 8am. I washed the outside of my house windows, hoovered the floors and finished it off with spray painting my old wheel barrow to create a feature in my front garden. I've spent the whole evening at my friends house and got home at 1am.

Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Am I at the end of a "flare up"? I'm so new to all of this that I wouldn't know, but I have a feeling that something has shifted.

xx

Please dont be lulled into a false sense of security,,we do get good periods when you want to knock down the house and build it up again

i have learned though, that when i get periods of feeling normal, and i take advantage of them,,i feel great with myself,,but PLEASE dont OVERDO IT,or you will be knocked back again,,

THE KEY TO MANAGINR FIBRO IS PACE YOURSELF,,,

I hope you continue to go from strength to strength but as the others have said pace yourself and don't overdo it. I have in the past and paid for it by being totally washed out. You,ll learn your own body. Take care and enjoy your energy and psi free days x
