A little better today, sue my daughter took me to see my brother whom I hadn't seen for 10yrs it was a lovely day, but took 4hours to get the 5hrs to get home, and u know what it's like sitting for that length of time, the traffic was horrendous, so yesterday was very very rough, I really felt like ending it, I wanted to stay in bed but had to keep getting up and moving, I slept on and off then my legs thru the night kept throwing themselves everywhere, but hey ho, that's how it goes for us fibro's isn't it, glad your feeling a little better, take care, how's the cottage coming along, no don't answer that ill inbox you, lol and my friend ....Dee x just noticed I have a little red mark by my name, means I have a message lol best go see who it is

Thank you all so much for your kind thoughts about my silly migraine. I get them very frequently and have good medication for them, it's just that they leave one feeling so weird for a fair while after, by which time another ones' on its way, hey ho, it could be so much worse though. I am so lucky to have such kind and caring friends here, you are all great :-) :-) :-) :-)

If I knew you better I'd be saying "that'll be weirder than normal then, will it?", but instead I'll keep my mischievous comments to myself ;)

Glad you're on top of it. Thankfully migraines are rare occurrences for me. I get head pain if I do too much with a bad posture (all about the neck I think), but don't often get the flashing lights and thunder in my head. Sending head healing thoughts :)

Pip xx
