I just ordered this as I am terribly atrophied from weakness and pain for so many years. It's got resistance and won't slide across my floor supposedly. I thought some of you might be interested. I can sit in my own chair and do it a little at a time. It says it can be used by hands or feet. Can't wait to get it. It has plenty of good reviews.

I've thought about getting one of these myself.... When I used to go to the gym, the bike was best machine for me to use

Remember and start off low and slow... And gradually increase what you can do xxx

Hi WorldOHurt. 😊🌸🌿🦋

I’ve seen this item before. I’m excited for you and hope it works great for you. Just remember to start out with a short time for about a week then add a minute more each day until your strong enough to carry the workout further. Best wishes.

😊🌸🌿🦋🤗💗😘

I have full sized exercise bike but it has been too hot to use! Keeping my feet up is essential to prevent swelling. I 've been swimming and feel hot in the water!

Oh that too bad. Don't you guys in the UK have air conditioners in your houses? I have heard a lot about the lousy hot weather in the UK since I joined. It gets over 100 degrees F here a lot but we all have air conditioning. I keep the house too cool in the winter and summer and my husband and I have a war over the thermostat all the time. My internal thermostat is way out of wack, I guess because of fibro. So I'm like you probably. xxoo

We DO get mostly rain and cold, so this heat takes us by surprise, although we enjoy the surprise of warmer weather, but here the humidity is so high that so we aren't well prepared for it, and it becomes rather unpleasant living in sweaty clothing and having to continually change into clean clothing. Aren't all your homes installed with full central heating, double-glazed insulating windows, rain-resistant porches, most of ours are!

Yes, all the newer homes are built with those things nowadays....except the porches.
