so tomorrow morning im in court for dla appeal I thankfully found a solicitor to come with me he works on no win no fee, and im happy with that he has visited me twice at home gone through all my paper work and thinks I should have a good case but he fighting it all the way, I have also got my doctor on board in case this one fails he is going to back me all the way so fingers crossed people will let you know how I get on
