Log in and Reset password does not work!

So how did I get on here then? If you can find a post you made earlier as Mdaisy says, click on your picture and enter your password and it should let you log in.

Sorry for the delay in response, but I was having my hair done as it is my Birthday !

I am sorry you have experience difficulty with the community and I think most people are having different issues since it's launch. I am trying to help the members, please message me privately about a problem and I will try my best to help.

In my post Main Page hints I mentioned that if you click on your picture between Communities & Support you can access you account details and change your password. Is that what you have been trying to do?

The Login page looks similiar to the previous one, no pictures just asks for your username & password.

You can Log Out from the picture as the list of options in a drop down list are;

Profile, Messages, Email Preferences, Account & Log out.

All else failed so I managed to log in from my picture, now HU logs me out and plays up when I try to log in again.

Hi, I think the site has become more user friendly as the time has gone on. I was here when it first launched and it had many problems. I emailed HU and they mentioned it may take time. So it may resolve itself in time.The unfortunate thing today was I was unable to pin any posts to the top with instructions how to navigate around the community that I wrote at 7am. Otherwise I think the launch may have been a bit smoother for you all.

Let's hope we can all help each other now to use the community effectively as before.

I could not pin the posts to the top as I have had trouble with the launch in regards some Admin facilities too. However, I feel I did the best I coud under the circumstances.

Still getting 404's all over the place, will return later to see if it settles down.

Hi yes we are too. It seems if you click on a link to a question when you are in the post section if comes up 404. If you are in question section you can click on the question and it is fine no error message. It seems that going from news feed to posts or questions to posts via links causing error 404. As you say hopefully this will be resolved later.

The 404 error has stopped for me, I don't know about others. It all seems to be getting easier with time as I say .
