soooooooooo much pain

well i just cannot tell you how much pain i'm in both my legs are sooooooo painful and the muscles are very very very tight and sore to even touch them arrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhh this stupid fibro

I too suffer From this, the pain killers do nothing, it's like a really really bad toothache in your legs. I had a warm shower hoping it would help, now it's worse, I'm back in bed, do hope your pain wears off soon Trigger, thinking of you, hugs x

I know this feeling very well when you can't bear to have your muscles in your legs touched, if my cat jumps on my knee I nearly hit the ceiling, even worse I love cuddling my grandchildren and I put up with the pain, and as for the rest of the pain I Dont have time to go through it as all us sufferers know x

Oh millymoll, I know the feeling of he cat jumping on you when your least expecting it, I love my cat but I scream and it frightens him off, so another bit of affection missed, also my grandsons are grown up and have always hugged me, they understand I am in pain, and they try to be gentle but they don't realise their own strength, but I hug them back choking back tears the pain is causing. I hate this fibro like everyone on here, every day and night I think it might improve, your no alone, the weather doesn't help one minute I'm freezing the next boiling, oh well sorry for gong on a bit, but feel like screaming today, pain levels are so high, hope you feel a bit of improvement soon, love and hugs xx
