JUST GOT BACK FROM THE DOCS

I asked my Gp has the dwp or atos been in touch with you at all about ESA my claim,and my Gp said no they have not been in touch with him at all,it's unbelievable.he also said to me he doesn't understand why I'm havin such a problem with the atos as I'm already getting high rate mobility and middle care DLA.

I,m on the same rate of dla and I did,nt need a medical they just called me and changed incap to ESA ,so try not to worry .

I had exactly the same problem, and my doctor wrote to them he was very angry, and thank goodness, told them exactly how I am, I got in the ESA support group after this without even a medical, so try to remain positive, good luck,

I am on the high rate disability and care, but Ive been put in the wrag group from incapacity, and I am appealing to be put in the support group. So fingers crossed.
