I just wanted to officially say hi to everyone who has posted to this site I have been enjoyed reading your all your posts & how supportive everyone is. I have been away some years from the fibro cfs pain internet scene I needed time away. because I couldn't cope with what was going on 'all over the world learning from the Internet that I will never be the same again! guess what I found millions of us just suffering bsnging our heads against a brick wall. It was all too much for me. So I'v retreated from Facebook. Enough said😁

After 5 years I seem to be drawn to this site I look forward to my daily email when I wake up.

I'm back to see my specialists rheumatology mri after 10 years asking due to spine fusion news have a new GP so many conditions only ten minutes a condition.

Good to meet you! I had to comment on the Angel of the North, we drove past it yesterday and I love getting the quick glimpse of her stretched out wings. I must take the time and stop off on the way past. It would be worth it 🐸

Thank you I think I need it going by my previous ones. I can never get all I want to say out because of the same old questions I have a medical notes of a large family.

there's so many symptoms/health issues then meds ect the appointment time is always over before I'm half way through then I go to follow up appointment then there's another person sat there asking the same old questions very frustrating. So I don't expect too much thank you for the luck! Xx
