Yup - It's flippin' nuisance! Strange as it may seem, my best remedy is to take a dose of painkillers, put on some really comfy shoes, and walk for 15 minutes. Over the counter creams like 'Deep Heat' are very helpful, too!

thank you. standing or walking to long or too much makes it worse. im already taking lyrica for my fibro. im alergic too anti-inflams and co-codamol or paracetamol dosent touch the pain. i suppose its another symptom ive got to get used to.

Yes I get the same pain Nikki.
It is awful isn't it?
I have tried all sorts of potions and remedies but none of this works.
I find that I just have to ride the storm and what to this very irritating symptom subsides.
Sorry I couldn't be of any help to help to you but that's how it rolls for me I'm afraid.

Try a warm bowl of water and soak your feet for ten mins then dry thoroughly pop some slips on and try moving your feet gently. Pad about. Now sit with your feet up and I mean up so the blood drains.
Hope it helps xgins

Yes, me too! Sometimes, each step I take feels as if the bones in my feet are being crushed. I'm with Moffy, try to keep going in the hope that tomorrow may be better. I get scared that if I stop moving, I may forget how! xx
