Feet and ankles hurt
Try some gentle stretches before you get up and mention it to your GP. So sorry to hear you have this problem and at a young age too. Hope you feel better soon. x
Hi Katherine516
I am so sorry to read that you are suffering this way, and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to these issues. As lou60 says, trying some gentle stretching may help?
Good luck
Ken
Hi Katherine, I lie in bed and rotate both ankles backwsrds and forward when I wake in morning, as well as circular movements. I was involved in a motorbike crash many yesrs ago and one foot was completely crushed, this stops it from seizing up so often. HAve you been checked by rheumatology for athritis ? Good luck,
I must admit that's how I felt when I set off on the road to diagnosis - I could hardly get out of bed in the morning as it was too difficult to walk - this seems to have subsided once my practice began giving me medication for the FM (they diagnosed me pretty quickly thank goodness)
Try filling a used 500ml bottle with tap water then in the morning roll it under your feet before you step out of bed. Could be plantar fasciitis but this usually affects the heel and ball of your foot. Hope you feel better soon
I also have plantar fascist's and rolling a bottle plastic one really helps xx
