my dr said he tested for lupus in december but he never told me that.it s now 5 months on .symptoms change ,as per usual says it s not something but goes no further.rheumatologists secretary away til 29th.cant do anything today altho a hot sunny day and no winds ,my fingers are ice cold.i managed to plant out some seedlings and have lots of bulbs/ seedlings in pots to transfer into garden.no housework done -making most of sunshine by spending time in garden-relaxing with dogs

Yes please, do let us know how you get on. It sounds lIke you've been through more than enough already! Xx
if it wasn't for people on here reassuring me and offering support and advice and proverbial hugs,I dread to think what state of mind I would be in ,i am so glad I have my two faithful (dog)friends to get me up each day and be there for me and for me to have them to care for
I suffered from discoid lupus from the age of 19 although was not properly diagnosed until my 30s! Then in my 50s, I got sarcoids (also auto immune) and went on huge doses of steroids. The lupus and the sarcoids went into remission but I immediately developed fibro and I am now 69! I worked normally until my 50s and was retired through ill health and now like everyone else, try to manage my lifestyle. I hope things go well for you whatever the outcome and 40 years on, I am still alive and kicking!!
