They start in June five sessions in all . I am looking forward to the one on PACING an area I find very hard to control.

At least they admitt they cannot cure the pain but will try and help me to regulate it myself it sounds really interesting does not it.

I will let you know what happens ...... xgins

PS - As you're in Scotland, maybe you should take whisky, not gin! :D

Good news gins, pacing....I need to revisit that one, I had a wonderful physio whose surname was Blood-Smythe, pacing was his mantra.......at the moment my mantra seems to want to be "hibernate asap" but will have to work my way up to pacing once more :o

Hi there,I was on the course in Fife Scotland for pain which included pacing which I have always found difficult .After the course I def found it benefit tho only one or two weeks into it I was dubious The course I was on was longer than 4weeks, they may have changed although it was only last year. At those classes they did mild exercise suited to your capability which was very good.I have gone on to weekly classes that are run by Fife and they are great again everyone has some limitations so I don't feel bad when I have to sit out. It is also a good place to meet people and get out of the house I'm sure you will only get benefits from this course .Have fun
