I have been on esa in wrag group for nesrly a year i had a medical in april snd have just been informed i scored nill and it stops today what a bloddy cheek! Dnt know what to do now cant claim anything else as my hysband has a good pension

Do you get dla or PIP when it comes in if not you could apply for that hopefully someone more up on ESA than myself will offer you some advice re that

Sorry to hear your news , this happened to me , my money stopped on the 3 rd dec 2012 , either appeal , or reclaim , yes you can reclaim ESA if your condition has worsened after your original claim , I appealed and won my appeal in feb 2013 only took 12 weeks , they also had to back date the payments I'd been short through being in wrag group and not support group , and also the payments I hadn't had from dec to march , this is really worth doing , especially as you get dla .

Some poor soul turned up in a wheelchair!
