Stim FET - when did you transfer after Trigger?

I am on CD14 of a stimmed FET cycle on the NHS and will trigger tonight. They have scheduled transfer for CD21.

What day did you transfer if you did a stimmed FET?

I know technically im supposed to ovulate 36 hours after trigger but what if I ovulate before and then perhaps the transfer should actually be CD20?

any advice/experience would be helpful!

Hi lovely the usual protocol in natural FET is transfer 6 days after LH surge and in modified natural with HCG trigger it’s transfer 7 days post trigger. See the paper at the link below. The window of implantation is naturally wider with this type of protocol. Sounds like you’re right on track

That makes sense. You have FET a week after trigger as I did. But you will need progesterone to prepare body for transfer.

yes thank you. They told me to start progesterone suppositories and intramuscular injections 2 days after trigger

Did you continue with oestrogen after the trigger/transfer?
