Hi Rosesss

I'm having a FET on the 8th July too!

You'll have a super full bladder which they say you can empty straight after. I've tried holding on to mine for as long as possible, but really it doesn't make a difference.

The main thing is to try and relax. Take it easy for a day or two and then just get on with your daily life, avoiding any strenuous activity. But you'll welcome the distraction during the two week wait. Try not to symptom spot, although you will become aware of every twinge! And don't test early, it will cause heartache because you won't get an accurate result.

Pomegranate juice and pineapple core are supposed to help with implantation. Keep your feet warm. Also check the NHS website for a list of foods to eat and avoid when pregnant. Technically you will be PUPO (pregnant until proven otherwise) so such take care of yourself as if you are. Good luck! 🍀🍀

Hi Rosesssss. Obviously eat a sensible diet and drink plenty of water. Keep up with any prescribed medication, even if any spotting occurs. Rest a little, but make sure you go for some walks too - you're not ill. Pineapple core is supposed to help prevent clotting and encourage blood flow to the womb lining, similar to low dose soluble aspirin and/or heparin. Good luck! Diane

I've had a transfer last week and my lining was thicker than ever before. I ate/ drank Brazil nuts, greens like kale, brocoli, spinach, beetroot juice, avocado, good quality protein like turkey/ chicken. I also used a hot water bottle on my belly every evening. Avoided caffeine and alcohol. Good luck xx
