No withdrawal bleeding after stopping Norethisterone

I was prescribed norethisterone (5mg 1 tablet 3 times a day for 10 days) and took my last pill on Saturday night and it is now Wednesday and I have not started bleeding yet. I also take birth control pill everyday and was advised not to stop taking that by my doctor so that my hormones could rebalance as I was prescribed norethisterone to stop my bleeding after an interference from an antibiotic with my birth control pill made me bleed for several weeks. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests, all negative. I have this constant tightness/pressure in my lower abdomen also. Was just wondering if this sounds like the signs of my period coming or if I should be worried?

Hello, I bled on day 5 after stopping but my doctor had told me it could take anywhere from 2 to 7 days and in some cases 10! Don't fret, it will come. Good luck x
