Hi All , I had my robotic excision surgery in Nov 2023 and I'm on dinogest for 7month after surgery and had one failed ivf cycle 3 months ago and this month during my period I've seen medium size clots and period cramps on day 2,3 and today I'm on day 11 of my cycle and from past 2days I'm having this mild lower abdomen pain on left side and I'm afraid my endo is coming back . I normally don't get any ovulation pain but I'm not sure why I'm having pain this month .Anyone experienced ovulation pain ???
