we made to another year! Here’s to hoping we all get closer to our dreams in 2025!
Following a hysteroscopy I have been referred for a myosure procedure to remove quite a few polyps which were caused by the egg retrieval meds (annoying!).
The procedure is booked around a week before ovulation - would it be recommended to have try an FET straight after or would it better to wait for the next cycle?
I’m worried by the next cycle my lining will be bumpy again.
Any shared experiences of this much appreciated!
thank you!
Xxx

Hi lovely I had a polyp removed the end of September and then waited till November to do a fet just thought I would give it a month but best to ask your doctor
Hi I was told I could go for my transfer on the cycle after. I had mine at the end of October and started my natural protocol on Novembers period. Good luck x
I'm hoping 2025 is more positive too. I've just had hysteroscopy done to remove polyps. Waiting to hear from clinic if I can do FET on next cycle before any more polys appear. Interesting to hear others experience
ahh I’m sorry you’re having to go through this. All the waiting and unknowing is challenging. I have a call with my clinic today to ask the same question so will let you know what i find out x
Hello, just thought I’d update you, I spoke to a consul at my fertility clinic who said they’d advise I wait three cycles after a myosure (basically a hysteroscopy where they already know they’ll be removing tissue) to remove polyps. Today I had the myosure and the consultant advised an embryo transfer in the cycle after my next bleed as he thinks it likely that my womb lining will have returned to the way it was by the third cycle.
Hope you’re well and got the info you needed from your clinic! Xx
I had a polyp removed in June 2023 and started meds for a FET in the September, I had to abandon that round but for a different reason (I was a bit overly stressed and got a weird dizziness thing for a couple of months).
Thank you, I ended up having a FET last January but that didn't work out, so took a chance on one last go and had a full cycle of ICSI in August and I'm very lucky to now be 24 weeks pregnant with a little boy. Good luck with your treatment xx
