I have posted earlier about the slowly rising HCG levels after my 1st IVF. They are still slowly rising but 6 week scan found nothing, so declared a miscarriage... 😢 I have one frozen embryo left, just waiting for my bleed to arrive and to completely clear all symptoms ( I had very strong symptoms ).
Any advise on what to do/ take while waiting for the next transfer to ensure maximum success ? ( or just for me to know,I have done everything).
Thank you !

I’m so so sorry to hear this 😢 your wee embryo is already made for your next transfer so just vitimins D and fold acid is all you need prep wise and treat yourself really kindly and do what makes you happy for the next few months would be my best advice to prepare. You deserve it after everything you’ve been through lately 💜
I had a chemical pregnancy back in March. My consultant wanted me to have two bleeds before starting again. I took cytoplan pre natal, omega 3 and vitamin e. I increased my exercise to help with my lining and just carried on with healthy eating, reduced caffeine intake etc xx
I went for lots of reiki and reflexology to keep me zen! Good luck xxx
That's interesting, my dr told me as soon as I have my bleed ( hasn't happened yet) in 3 weeks we will do the next transfer.. is that right or just different protocol?
I’m assuming it’s just consultant specific but i’ve had treatment in the U.K. and now in Greece and it’s always been the same advice x Plus I was taking prednisolone so I had to wean off after the chemical and then start again prior to the next transfer x
The book 'it starts with the egg ' by Rebecca Fett has helpful advice on supplements, including specifically before a FET. So sorry to hear of your loss.
