Hi, I don't have an answer for this but I am keen to hear what others say. I am due to start my stims within the next few days and will hopefully have a FET next year. My clinic found that my TPO levels are v high so will put me on steroids before fet. Interested to hear what others say.

Hi, I was on 25mg from 7 days before the FET and then asked to wean off gradually from 12 weeks of pregnancy. This was based on blood tests confirming very high natural killer cells in my blood. It seems to have made a difference as I’m 36 weeks pregnant. Best of luck.

Hello! I took 25mg in the 3 days leading up to the transfer and then a low dose (I think it was 10mg) in the 2ww and then stopped on test day. I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant. I didn’t get tested for killer cells, they gave me these “empiracally”. It was my 3rd transfer and the one that stuck. X

Hey, I was on 20mg, starting from 5 days before FET, and continuing on that dose during the TWW.

It resulted in a chemical. However it was the first time I had ever had implantation to my knowledge. So I believe it did make a difference. Wishing you the best x

Hello, I started 20mg on day 4 of my cycle (using donor eggs) at the same time as progynova. This is the furthest I have got in 7 transfers so hopefully it is helping! I had some unpleasant (but not serious) side effects for a couple of weeks but it evened out by transfer day.

wonderful, It seems that starting steroids early works. I hope to have this same outcome.
