Reassurance needed….

I’ve had a rollercoaster over the last 24hrs I went to the toilet last night had a gush and passed a clot, scooped it up out the toilet as you do, slight cramping tests have been getting darker everyday, called my clinic they weren’t bothered said just to wait until my 7wk scan, I was feeling quite unwell dizzy/nauseous so this morning called the EPU who has my details from my miscarriage in January, so today I went for scan 5wks 4 days and bloods, bloods came back at 9112 so they’re retesting Monday, and a sac measuring the correct gestation was seen although was a very unclear scan due to gas (that’ll b the cyclogest pessaries!) she couldn’t see the yolk or anything else at this time, she said sometimes she can sometimes she can’t and not too chuck the towel in as of yet, they’ll scan me in a weeks time, she feels I probably have lost a twin as the bleed is under the sac and very separate and the bleeding will probably continue but it won’t effect the sac that is left and to not worry but call if it gets heavy as they might want to admit me to be on the safe side, limbo again as we all live during fertility problems so I know I’m not the only one, so of course I want to see my levels double 🤞🏻 but should I not have false hope? After looking online you should really be able to see the yolk at this stage, she compared this scan with my blighted ovum in January and my sac at 8wks wasn’t even the size this one is (she felt it probably stopped developing around 4-5wks much smaller than this one) so she felt very reassured by the fact it was measuring spot on, of course I would have loved to see a yolk or even more, i had a FET 4BB & 2BB blastocyst so neither had yet hatched so could be little bit behind? Worried my hcg numbers might be all over the shop as it looks like I may have lost one? So my 9000 may not be a true number? Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated

bleeding subsiding so I’m pretty chilled about the bleed now I’m just driving myself crazy about this yolk doing some much research and theres no point lots of stories where people have had happy endings, lots of science to say it should be there 😩😩😩😩
