Coq 10 or impryl

Hi just had 2 failed ivf cycles one a top blast which didn't stick and one not good enough to freeze. 2nd round two morulas. I am just about to start again. What are people's thoughts on coq 10 versus impryl for women. I read you cant take both together. Im 40 with low amh. Thanks

I took ubiquinol coQ10 600mg per day before retrieval; 400mg per day before transfer and 200mg per day post transfer.

I actually purchased impryl then sent it back because the amount of each vitamin etc was so low that I would have needed to continue taking all those supplements as well. I know it has a lot of great reviews but my instinct, and it is only instinct upon receipt was it wouldn’t be beneficial.

Hi! I recommend reading 'It all starts with the egg' if you haven't already. I found the advice on food supplements and lifestyle changes very helpful. We took Proxeed (for men and women respectively), CoQ10 in the form of ubiquinol, Vitamin D spray and probiotics. The second embryo from that batch is now my daughter

I have started reading this book now as well. And following it accordingly After my first cycle badly failed.
