Buserelin injections - morning or evening

Hey all,

Hope everyone is well as they can be in the circumstances.

Currently started downregulating for my next FET and i need to start my Buserelin injections tomorrow. I cant remember if i should do this morning or evening. My last cycle i didn't get Buserelin due to the shortage.

What have you all done? Im hoping to be able to get in touch with the clinic tomorrow but thought ill check on here aswell!

I did it in the morning but that was because I stimmed in the eve, I’m not sure with a FET. good luck xx

I’ve just had a FET and did my buserelin injection in the morning. Main thing I was told is to take it at the same time each day x

I'm currently taking them in the evening for FET. It seems it doesn't matter as long as you take them same time every day. The reason I picked evening is because they make me very tired, so I can rest after.

My clinic gave me a schedule with specific times of the day to take the medication. Buserelin was a morning injection. Best to check with your clinic as it may affect your protocol. I can't imagine it would matter too much if the first injection was slightly out of sync though.

Hi! Initially my clinic advised me to take them in the evening but I noticed they interfered with my sleep so was told to gradually shift them to the morning, which worked better for me. Very best of luck!

Thank you so much everyone! The clinic responded saying morning or evening, up to me as long as its always the same time. I found some of my notes from previous cycles and realised i did evening then as well so decided to do that. x
