Experiences with Coq10 supplement

So I've finally found a CoQ10 supplement that actually works okay for me with no side effects.

Just wanting to know how much of an impact it made on people's results. How long did you take it for and what difference it made to your cycles?

Especially keen to hear from those in their late 30s and early 40s and/or with low AMH/AFC.

Hi, I took 600mg of ubiquinol for 4 months before my 3rd round, it was my best round yet - I went from 0 blasts to 6 blasts and I am age 36. We did change a few things this cycle, so I am not sure if it was the ubiquinol that helped, but I’ll definitely take it again if I need to do another round. Good luck xx
