Coq10 and dhea supplements

Hello, can anyone recommend which coq10 and dhea tablets to take please? I asked my consultant whether I should take them and he said I can but didn’t recommend what to take. The nurse advised a reputable company but in all honesty I actually have no idea what I’m looking for but know it can improve egg quality which could help me for my next cycle

Hi Millbanks, I've been reading the book it starts with an egg, I came across this feed and wondered if you could let me know what brands you know of? Have you tried them etc? I don't know where to start xx

You're best to use Ubiquinol over Coq10. The body doesn't need to break it down as much. I took 2x150mg daily, 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch for 3 months before my 2nd egg retrieval and had much better results. My 1st cycle I had 1x day5 transferred and 1x day6 frozen. My 2nd cycle I got 1x day5 transferred and 5x day5 frozen. I ordered mine from Amazon x
