Last month I did an endometrial biopsy in order to see if the uterine cells look as they should, and they do! Which would mean that the endometritis is gone, at least judging by how the endometrium looks like under a microscope.
This month we are doing the Endometrio test (Era, Emma, Alice), and next month a transfer of our euploid (the one and only) embryo. We are doing a fully medicated cycle.
Now my question is - apart from the estrogen and progesterone, should I be taking also the meds that I usually take for embryotransfer? High dose prednisone + prograf (both for calming down the immunity system) clexane and baby aspirin (for blood clots).
Please help with your experience/knowledge!

Hi Anita, the only thing that worked for me was taking baby aspirin and prednisone. For some reason those two medications were able to get me pregnant. I too have endometriosis. I also did the ERA test. Also, every doctor I spoke with said back in the day, these two drugs were mandatory to take while doing IVF.
Thank you so much for your answer! Yes, I took prednisone and a lot of other meds, baby aspirin included for my transfers, but I was wondering about including them în the era protocol as well
