Please help - I did an ERA test (medicated, as for a frozen transfer) that showed I was postreceptive on day 5.5
I am now doing stims and my doctor said we should try a fresh transfer... My question is - are the medicated ERA test results valid for a fresh transfer? I am supposed to transfer a 5day blast (hopefully we will have at least one from this cycle ) on day 5, obviously.
Thanks!

Hi I was wondering if you can clarify something, when you say frozen you mean an HRT cycle?Because there's natural frozen where the body produces progesterone and most of the times they add some progesterone. Will an ERA be relevant in this case?
for a fresh transfer your body would be make some amount of progesterone anyways so the pessaries are an add on. Also it’s diff to know when your body started producing progesterone so really doesn’t make a difference regarding timing.
When did you start progesterone and when will you transfer be?
Thank you so much🥰! I am scheduled for the egg collection tomorrow at 10 am, so I have not started any progesterone yet. I had it tested on the day of the trigger (I.e. yesterday) and it came back: estrogen 1500 pg/ml, lh 8 miu/ml and progesterone 0.6 ng/ml
Also my dr said that I will start pessaries most probably on Tuesday, so 1 day after egg collection, in a hope that we have something to transfer on day 5 🙏
Thank you! 🥰 I don t know yet, I assume on Saturday, since day one of the embryo development should be Tuesday... my last egg collection was on a Monday as well, a freeze all cycle, and they called me about my 5 day blast on Saturday and that is when they froze it as well
Hey! You are so kind, thank you for remembering. I had 6 oocytes retrieved, 4 of which mature, all 4 fertilized, all 4 got to be a very good 3 day embryos (10 and 8 cells). I did a fresh day 3 transfer, with Intralipid, prednisone, tacrolimus and aspirin, plus 1 pessary a day. So far so good, keeping all fingers crossed this time we will have a baby!
