Prograf

I'm also on prograf and this will be for life. I've such bad insomnia and chronic fatigue. I take steroids stupidly early (between 4 and 6am) so it shouldn't affext my sleep. I'm lucky to get 3 hours a night... Any tips on how to combat these?

while when higher it is 1.6 or more, My prograf level in the same dose with fluctuations between 5-8.5.

Currently taking 1mg Prograf twice a day, 0.5mg Cellcept twice a day and 5mg 3/4 tablet Prednisolone once a day. Before yesterday my whole body ached and I had temperature 38C. I took it down with Parcetamol and called ambulance.

His hepatologist changed his Hep B medication from Viread to Vemlidy just recently and also cut back his dosage of Prograf. We are getting very concerned now because his feet are swollen and also his urine had 1+ protein.

High dose prednisone + prograf (both for calming down the immunity system) clexane and baby aspirin (for blood clots). Please help with your experience/knowledge! :)

They have increased Prograf by .5mg daily. No antiviral medication. They are relying on my immune system to generate the specific T cells needed to respond to CMV. They’ve tested my T cell response rate.

The end of the conversation led her to increase my Prograf by .5mg daily and discontinue Myfortic (I was only taking 180mg daily) for the time being. I’ll be a week into the modified treatment plan tomorrow evening.

My doctor said I should reduce Prograf from 1mg morning and 1mg evening to 1mg morning and 0.5mg evening. And also that I should reduce my Prednisolone from 3/4 of 5mg tablet to 1/2.

I know the most popular ones are Cellcept and Prograf and beletacept infusion. I've heard from ppl that they only take very minimal of one or the other. My doctor has me on both and feels like a higher dose still. Trust me I understand the levels and where they should be and so on so forth.

I took my prograf 930am Thursday night but forgot to take them Friday morning didn't realise until 8oclock Friday night then took morning dose back to normal time 2day have i done much harm forgetting and has this happened to anyone else worried it might have harmed my liver

(Normal scheme for me: 1 tab Prednisolone at morning, 1mg Prograf morning and evening, 500mg Cellcept morning and evening)

Taking 4 mg. of Prograf. Doctor increased it because level was low on blood test. Has anyone experienced this kind of shaking? Thanks

I need back surgery but worried about infection while taking Prograf.

I am on prograf,cellcept and prednisone . I have developed severe back,hip,knee pain and quad muscle soreness. I have told my team but they have not addressed this. Has anybody else developed these problems and did your team give any advice ,suggestions or changed meds. Thanks
