getting ready for my fifth transfer (3rd IVF cycle).
This time I am on both Lubion (once in the morning, once in the evening) and Clexane (once in the evening), and I was planning to do both at the same time in the evening (albeit on different tummy side). However, the Lubion leaflet says: "Do not administer Lubion at the same time as any other injectable medicine."
Has anyone been told so? How much time should I live between the two injections? Is this a pointless worry?
Thanks in advance for your help: in this adventure you never stop to learn (and to worry!!!)

Hi MofM, I’m on the same regime and been on it twice now. I think if you couldn’t do it at the same time the clinic would tell you. I just do it in different parts of the tummy and it seems to be fine. Perhaps phone your clinic if you’re worried but I’ve been on both for about 7 weeks with no issues. Best of luck xx
Actually my clinic always gives me very limited advices, but it seems that the consensus is that at the same time is fine, therefore I will go for that! Thanks!
Hi there, I was in both in my last cycle and was injecting my evening Lubion with heparin (in two different places). This is what the clinic advised me to do. It’s a little crazy how so few of us have read the instructions and just follow the nurses advice 🙈
Hi MofM, I’m on both of these currently and the consultant said we could do them at the same time, so I do one in each thigh (giving my belly a rest from being the sole pin cushion!) Best of luck xx
I inject Lubion each evening and within the hour inject inhixia which I think is like clexane so I assume it’s fine but if you’re unsure maybe just ask your clinic?xx
To be honest sometimes it’s not that long I just like to give my poor tummy a little rest before injecting it again, I’m panicking now I’ve been doing it wrong but lots of people seem to do it xx
Btw, I forgot to congratulate you "in person" for your twin pregancy. Everytime I think of giving up I think of people like you and this gives me an enormous streght! Thanks!
