I’ve had 1 egg collection and transferred 4 embryos with two chemical pregnancies and one BFN. I’ve had a lot of testing since March. Level 1/2 bloods, miscarriage clinic and a Biopsy on my lining. My consultants agree I should have steroids, aspirin, clexane added to my next FET as I’ve got a series of antibody issues and very high nk cells
One has also suggested I have intralipids? It would be great to hear your thoughts on them
Love to you all

I had steroids and intralipids on my successful transfer. I had 3 medicated which all failed and then moved on to modified natural and got a BFP but ended in an early loss at 5 weeks. I had my NK cells checked and also tested for endometritis in the same biopsy. My NK cells were high but no sign of endometritis. My clinic prescribed clexane and steroids on my final cycle & also suggested intralipids. I had the first infusion around a week prior to transfer. The second was after my positive test and the final one around 4-5 weeks later. My white blood cell count was checked & if over 10 they recommended the intralipids. I will never truly know if it was the intralipids or just the addition of clexane & the steroids that did the trick with me but it worked! I’m now 16 + 4 and so far, so good. Hope you get your BFP soon 🙏🏻
Hi. I had intralipids for my third and final round of ivf after I was found to have high nk cells. I had been trying naturally for 4 years without the sniff of a positive pregnancy test even with transfer of 3 good blastocysts. Unfortunately the round I had lipids I had a really poor response to the stimulation drugs (I also had low amh and was 39) and only had 1 3 day embryo fit for transfer. Unsurprisingly, I had a negative pregnancy test after transfer but ended up pregnant naturally within 2 months of the failed cycle! I've always felt that the intralipids where still having a positive effect and contributed to my body allowing a baby to implant naturally. X
Hi Poppygarden. Some specialists say a bottle of full cream milk has the same protein contents as intralipid, so see hat you feel. Anticoagulants are usually recommended to prevent clotting and prednisolone, a steroid to hopefully prevent the embryo being rejected as a foreign body. Hopefully this will give you a good chance. Diane
Thank you all so much for sharing your stories and advice. I’m going to give them a go too, if I can get booked in with the separate clinic in time. Sending you all love
I had them and I’m currently 22 weeks. I didn’t have clexane, although I did on previous rounds. I also had a high dose of steroids. Not sure if the intralipids made the difference but I wanted to try everything after a very long journey trying to conceive. I have sensitive skin and a few other minor things that made me think I have an overactive immune system.
There’s a place you can get them near Birmingham, £200 a go. No prescription is needed which makes it a bit easier. Send me a message if you would like the name of the place x
