Hospital for steroids

hi all

So majorly freaking out had my 2 weekly scan today (type one diabetes) scanned every 2 week from 28 weeks. I’m currently 34+2.

So buba has only put on 200grams in 2 weeks and as as I’ve been having a lot of low blood sugars and been to triage 3 times in pregnancy for reduced movement they have admitted me and given steroid injection to mature baby’s lungs. I don’t know if she will be delivered b4 37 weeks this was when I was supposed to be induced. I am currently nil by mouth for 24 hours and on a sliding scale drip through a Canula.

I am so scared that something awful is going to happen I know I am in the best place But it Doesnr make me feel any better

Any experience or advise would be great xxxx

Thanks so much for all your reply it means a lot. I have finished the steroids so Now have to wait for another scan 2moz to check bloody flow through placenta she is not moving like she normally does which is very worrying I tell them and they have done ctg today and normal trace but it’s not normal compared to what she usually does. I just want a plan in place I don’t feel comfortable at all going home unless she is with me I just feel so worried and low I can’t help but be negative I just had a feeling something was going to happen sorry to rant just so scared xx
